Your Environment Determines Your Success.

You're the average of the five people spend the most time with.

If you spend most of your time along side with people with negative mindsets, thinking that the world is against them - it is more than likely that you will become like them as well.

The opposite is true, as well.

If you spend most of your valuable time with people who can lift you higher, have the right values and principles - chances are that you will elevate to their standards.

Always be aware of the people you are hanging around with for the bulk of your time.

Shape Your Environment Carefully

Some of may know this - I do not have any Facebook or Instagram or TikTok app installed on my mobile phone.

The reason is simple.

Most of the time, it is just bombarded with gossips or people complaining about other people, their lives - senseless comments that do not quite add value to my own personal life.

Think about all that valuable time wasted. Time which could have been better spent reflecting and improving yourself.

Your physical environment (i.e. your workplace, your home) can be hard to control.

But if your digital environment is filled with negativity - I will say that that's your own fault.

Because the power to not go into any of your social media apps, it is ON you.

Step Out Of Your Comfort Zone

Your current circle of friends may not be the best environment to be in at the moment.

No - I am not telling you to get rid of your friends.

Remember what I said at the start of your blog post.

You're the average of the five people spend the most time with.

I am suggesting that you limit the amount of time you spend with people whom you feel are not elevating you or inspiring you.

This means that you may have find new people that you hang out with.

And yes - this can be intimidating.

After all, you have spent the bulk of your time around the same people.

Maybe, it would be best if we hear from the man, Ray Dalio himself.
