It is the start of the new month (at the point of writing, it is 7 Jan 23), so it is time to compute how much I collected using options in Dec 22.
In the month of December 22, I collected a total of $571. These trades were all closed - means I actually collected much more than $571 in Dec 22, but some of them will only be closed in Jan or Feb, so I didn't include them.
Closed Trades In Dec 22
The following were trades which were closed in Dec 22.
All of the above trades which were opened previously, and was closed in the month of December and I collected a total realised profit of $571. To put things into context, this was done using a $20,000 portfolio, which would translate to around a 2.85% return in a month.
The trades were a mix of vertical options and sell call options.
